Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Snaglist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Snaglist provides a mobile application and web platform for defect tracking and management in construction projects. The service includes features for capturing defects, sharing with contractors, generating reports, and collaborating with team members.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your account credentials
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, defect data, floor plans). By uploading, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as needed to provide the service.
Subscription and Billing
- Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
- We do not provide refunds for partial periods
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaglist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Snaglist harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Snaglist name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. The service and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
